Jennifer’s portfolio within the Division of Undergraduate Education encompasses initiatives pertaining to teaching and learning, accreditation, and student success. Within the Honors Collegium, Jennifer teaches Philanthropy as Civic Engagement. Her research, writing, and consulting engagements focus on the structural and cultural dimensions of academic work; the career development, work experiences, and professional behavior of college and university faculty; organizational change; leadership; and undergraduate student development.
