My name is Finnora, and I am a second year majoring in communications and an individual major—Global Health Studies. I also plan to minor in professional writing. I’m from New York City. I love songwriting, photography, fashion, hiking, pilates/yoga, and exploring new places. The people in Honors are incredible—both students and staff are kind, dedicated, motivated, and are always willing to help. I’m grateful to have found this community in such a huge school.

My favorite quote/philosophy is, “people can live a hundred years without really living for a minute”. I believe it is crucial to be authentic and brave, to do what you love, and to really live. Whenever I’m struggling, I try to remember this quote and its implication in every aspect of life.
