Hi! My name is Tamar and I am graduating from UCLA with a BS in Astrophysics and a minor in Atmospheric and Oceanic Sciences. At UCLA, I was awarded a UCLA Undergraduate Research Prize for an independent research project studying coronal holes. Additionally, I held research positions with the Simons Observatory, Predictive Science Inc, and at NASA Jet Propulsion Laboratory. After graduation I will be attending UC Berkeley to pursue a PhD in Physics.
