STUDENT ASSEMBLY INFORMATION

• From 6:15pm – 7:15 p.m., students will assemble in Royce Hall West Lobby and Patio.
• Come dressed in your cap and gown – don’t forget bobby pins to secure your cap!
• Please note: You will not likely have the opportunity to leave the West Lobby once you have checked in.
• The West Lobby entrance is for graduates only; family and other guest will enter through the Royce Hall main entrance into the “checkerboard” lobby
• Honors cord & name card – Upon arrival, you will receive your Honors cord, and a name card to be filled out (pencils will be provided). You may spell out the phonetic spelling of your name, in addition to contact information to receive the photos.  Around 7:00pm, graduates will be asked to line up (keep your cards on hand – you will give them to the photographers shortly before walking on stage).  For students who cannot attend the ceremony, please send us a request via Message Center.  Signing up ahead of time is required cord-pickup only who cannot attend the ceremony will be on Thursday morning, June 6/13/2024, 10:00am – 12:00 pm, at the Honors Programs office (A311 Murphy Hall).  Please bring your Bruincard, as access to Murphy hall for students requires identification.
